6. There is a daily maintenance and optimization of the formula. Any formula is not static. It is necessary to adjust and optimize the production formula in time according to the changing situation, such as replacing the original non-environmentally friendly materials with new and better-performing materials, keeping up with the times, adapting to the new situation, and developing new formulas .

7. To be cost-conscious, to have a full understanding of the market price of the material, and to reduce the cost as much as possible while meeting the physical and mechanical properties and processing performance required by the customer when the formula is optimized, and to achieve the best cost performance.

8. Participate in exchanges, learn more and think diligently, refer to the formula characteristics of peers, especially masters, and compare more, not only to know what is happening, but also why, so as to learn from others' strengths and make up for their weaknesses, and constantly improve themselves s level.
